Domestic shipping policy

Processing all orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If there are any delays due to high order volume, will notify you via email or phone

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and please note that we only ship within the continental United States,

P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

You will receive a confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lighthouse Publications is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Lighthouse Publications is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify about the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, and you will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your item.
